You really need more staff to do simple things like answering the phone. I am waiting for an appointment at the fracture clinic having been referred 19 days ago.
Tried calling to see if they had received the referral but no-one answers the phone and no one returned my call. at present I have no idea whether or not I will be seen as your main outpatient appointments don't have any record of a referral.
