"Blaming my child"

About: Sheffield Children's Hospital

My 13 year old girl has been vomiting for 2 and a half years with tummy pain, weight loss, low pottasium etc I felt as if after the years the doctors have given up and are now telling her she's the reason behind it all. She's not. They say it's an emotional thing not physical. This makes my daughter so so sad to the point she cries after every ward round and apts. I am disgusted that they don't even realise they are making her mental with all the pressure. After telling her these things I noticed now her vomiting is worse showing that it definitely wasn't before and now that they have said these things she's pressured and stressed. They have made everything worse. Stopped her eating which made no difference. Stopped her favourite activities. Made her life miserable and won't let her help herself. Absolutely appalling!
