The staff promised xray report would be with my GP last week.
When I checked on Friday of last week, I was told it would be done on Friday.
Today, Monday, I am told there is a backlog from 1 Sept and that it will take 3 weeks from the original date of the xray, which was Sept 6.
The secretary offered to send an email to request the xray be read today, but based on this experience thus far I have no reason to hope for this.
It is most unhelpful to make promises that you cannot make good on.
Very disappointed with this delay and poor communication about the turnaround time on important medical information.
