"Thank You to the doctor"

My Mum had a first appointment with the doctor, Pain Management Clinic on Thurs 22nd Sept and I can honestly say this Doctor is a breath of fresh air.

The doctor was polite, courteous and explained things in very clear English what the problem with my Mum's spine is and how best to treat this.

My Mum also has Alzheimer's, which can prove challenging and the doctor was absolutely great. Thank You.

Only thing I would change is the nightmare car parking at Royal Berks, what an absolute let down, even with a disabled sticker I thought we would not even make the appointment at 10.30 - makes the trip very distressing.
