"Brilliant out of hours service"

I was referred here by the 111 service. I had an appointment booked in within 2 hours. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, I was seen on time and the doctor made me feel very at ease and cared for. Working in the NHS myself, I understand how some services can be delayed and staff over stretched but this was a fantastic experience in such an ill time.
