Solihull hospital ward 14 having been and still going for treatment this is one of the best wards, I have been on, staff are very friendly and helpful always smiling and chatty to you makes you feel at ease, under the circumstances you are facing, would highly recommend, this hospital, I hope I never get transferred to another hospital. I always ask for Solihull hospital if I have to go to any, always my first and only choice,

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your ongoing patient experience at Ward 14 at Solihull Hospital.

I am so pleased to read your feedback, and your advice that you find the staff are always friendly, helpful and smiling as I'm sure this helps such a lot when you are apprehensive and worried for your health.

I will be delighted to ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Ward Manager as well as the Matron for Ward 14, who I'm sure will be just as pleased as I am to see your feedback. They will ensure that your comments are communicated to all of the staff who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience, often in difficult circumstances. Feedback such as yours gives our hard working nurses and staff a great boost!
