"Brilliant care in ENT emergency clinic"

There is nothing worse than earache - I am so very grateful to the ENT service at West Mid.

I was invited to attend the emergency ENT clinic the same day by the on -call ENT specialist when I had ear pain that was not resolving with treatment. I was treated with great compassion and understanding while my ear was examined and treated - I was fully engaged with the care options and decisions and felt confident that the expertise demonstrated would help me. Please pass on my thanks to the specialist who helped ease my pain - cleared out my ear with microsuction and prescribed further antibiotics and drops.

Wonderful service delivered by a very special person.
