My husband and I brought out 19 month old into A&E with an expected brake to the arm today 18th September . Our first port of call were the two lovely members of staff behind reception desk who could clearly see our daughter in distress , and made the booking in process quick ,friendly and re assuring we would be seen soon . We were then greated by the triage nurse who was again excellent , calming and very professional . After our daughter was X-Rayed by yet again two very calming , caring
X-Ray staff who both made the process as easy and pain free as possible . After a short wait for the doctor who again was very caring to our daughter who was very upset and just wanted to go home to play with her big brother again, the doctor advised us she had a small break . I really can't thank all the staff enough for there caring and kindness they showed today , I feel these people who work so hard to help others don't get recognised enough and us as a family we cannot thank you all enough ... From reception staff who were just the nicest and even came to check on our daughter to the nurses, doctors , X-Ray staff!!!! Thank you
"Delightful receptionist and fantastic staff"
