"good doctors but poor ward"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square / Neurology

Queens square ( NRU) has a big name but I must say some of the staffs are very rude. Neurology patients are treated badly sometime so make sure you keep an eye. If patient tries to complain no one listen to them because they think they are mentally unwell. I have seen patients crying in the ward. Senior consultants are good but they can't be around and you can't see them ..you can only meet them on weekly basis
