The treatment and care I received at BMI Edgbaston was outstanding.
From the moment I walked in the friendly atmosphere and personal touch put me totally at ease.
I was shown to my clean and fully equipped room immediately and from the beginning to the end of my stay everything was explained to me and I was made sure I was cared for throughout my stay - from the procedure, recovery, obs, through to my discharge (even my lunch order!). Outstanding customer service. I was told the hospital was busy that day but I wouldn't have known from the attentiveness and calm happy environment.
Would recommend BMI Edgbaston every time, without a doubt. Thank you.
