"Waiting time for X-ray to be seen/come back"

I went to Conquest Hospital in early August for knee x-ray on the right knee due to being in pain (got OA in left knee). I had it done then was told by the radiologist that I got to wait 7-10 working days, 2 weeks later I rang my GP at Silverhill medical practice they said its not arrived.

I rang them again the week after that and I was told its not there but it could take up to 4 weeks? It's been 5 and half weeks since I had x-ray done. 

And another one with GP again is the online appointment, wanted to book a GP appt so logged online today and was surprised that the next available date/appt is 8th October! Its disgusting when I get headache every day and knee pains. I'm not happy with my GP surgery.
