"Quick appointments and professional staff"

In the last 6 weeks I have had to visit Heatherwood 6 times. Twice for gynae consultant visits, once for ultrasound and once for MRI. Each time I have been impressed with the professionalism of staff and the speed of my appointments. What a fantastic asset Heatherwood is to our community. As someone who is never ill, each time I visited I asked lots of questions about what was happening. Each person I spoke to took the time to explain without rushing or making me feel I was silly! The "powers that be" at Heatherwood should be proud of all their staff who, despite staff shortages, work so hard to make patients like myself feel valued.
