About: Western Eye Hospital

I went in with a very painful eye having had a shard of contact lens embed itself under my eyelid.

The A&E Dept. was busy beyond belief but from initial contact with the reception staff, the two triage nurses then finally the doctor, I waited under two hours and experienced extreme professionalism and clinically excellent treatment.

My relief at the doctor removing the lens was immense - thank you so much.

A wonderful A&E in the heart of London, I'm very grateful.
