"Pediatric a&e department"

Took my son in last night with bad cough and chest with vomiting. Went straight through to a&e paediatric department. Greeted with a smile handled the baby well and also asked about me. They allowed me to wait in the playroom while doctor came. Doctor was very polite again good with baby and explained to me what was happening in a way I could understand. The nurses were amazing with my son and also gave really good advice and sat with me and showed me how to give him the medication at home. Very attentive and positive and honest even with the waiting time. I've never had a good experience in this hospital and last night I could not fault that department team last night. Reassured
