"Phone is never answered"

Does anyone actually answer the phone at this place?
Two days trying to ring and constantly get the voicemail to say no one is available.
Spoken to various other areas who have confirmed the number we have is correct but we feel like we will never get an answer.
Awful service for a midwifery practice.

Several services are delivered from Dunmow Clinic, SEPT has Health Visitors at the Clinic but midwifery services would be delivered by your local Acute Hospital Trust.
I am sorry that we are unable to comment on the telephone system.
