"Total lack of care"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

This has got to be the worst hospital I've ever had to spend time in. The staff are rude, entitled and have a total disregard for their patients.

The King Fisher ward in particular is run by a bully and the rest of the staff petty, unorganised and are more concerned with gossping than dealing with the care of their patients. They spend most of there time locked in the little meeting room than out with the patients.

We are sorry to hear this. From what you have written i.e. that this refers to Kingfisher Ward it sounds like you are receiving care from West London Mental Health NHS Trust at the Lakeside Unit. Although this is based within the grounds of our hospital it is run by WLMH.
