This service was offered to me while I was feeling very vulnerable and helpless. The sessions that I attended allowed me to speak to someone about the issues affecting me and to receive helpful advice. I was very pleased with my experience of this service and it really helped me to put my problems into perspective and move forward with a much more positive attitude. I really cannot thank you enough for the help that I received.
