"Could be happier"

I couldn't fault the booking in of my appointment or the friendly reception staff when I visited the planning treatment department this morning to have some stitches out following a biopsy. I was looking forward to having them out as they were on my neck. However the nurse had a job getting them out and ended up cutting me, therefore I had to leave with a dressing on, which they advised me to keep on for 2-3 days. Whilst I do understand this sort of thing can happen from time to time, it would have been nice if they had said sorry, especially as it hurt, all they said was come back if you have any problems. Which I can assure you I would, but I wouldn't see them again.
