The "triage " person couldn't identify the swelling on my face which had distorted my face so badly, the paramedics tested me for a stroke ."It's symmetrical " they said .Er , no it isn't .I lifted up my swollen lip and tried to show them my abcess , which was throbbing like mad .They couldn't see that either.
Despite being sent from Urgent care ,I was told that they might see me.If they did ,I would only get a treatment plan from the dentist for my own dentist to carry out .I was 75 miles away from my dentist as my daughter was having a high risk pregnancy ,and there were questions over the baby's health too , hence I was in Liverpool when my dental problem struck.I made the decision to leave and not sit around for hours on the off chance they would see me and give me a" plan.
" If you are in need of urgent help I wouldn't recommend coming here .It is ,as another poster said , a true customer service free zone .
"Utterly Useless (for urgent dental care )"
