"Upsetting and confusing"

A year after my initial doctors appointment I still have not seen the correct consultant, I have seen two, but due to sheer lack of communication and knowledge I am still waiting on an appointment for a condition I've had for 15 years and have never asked for a thing to help, I wish I hadn't bothered at all it would of saved a lot of heartache and embarrassment on my part its clear I have been forgotten in the system!
