"cant get in contact"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

Got my results back from MRI scan and found out I have a prolapsed disk in my neck that has been causing dizziness for over 10 years and they have only just found it due to to my own research. I have now lost my job of 16 years and nearly lost my home. been trying to get in contact via Email, phone ,and post but no response it's like the department no longer exist.

We were very sorry to receive your comments and concerns via the NHS Choices website about your unsatisfactory experience in contacting the Manchester Royal Infirmary. It is very difficult to be able to respond to the specific concern you have raised or be able to look into this further for you without being able to investigate in detail - to do this we would need some personal details.

We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and would very much like to hear from you directly about this. If you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0161 276 8686 or by e-mailing pals@cmft.nhs.uk they will be happy to discuss this with you and communicate to the relevant department so that we can respond to your concerns.
