"Visit to Oak Tree Centre for vasectomy"

I visited on Friday 9 September and I was very nervous about a vasectomy operation I was booked in for. I was apprehensive for several reasons as I'm sure people will understand. I would like to say that, despite my initial worries, my treatment was carried out in a highly professional, caring and helpful way. It was very reassuring to be talked through the entire procedure - every step of the way - by calm and informative staff who made me aware of the choices that were available to me at any given time.
