"Still waiting"

So my doctor referred me to clatterbridge at the end of may. I hadnt heard anything by end of july. Rang them at clatterbridge. No sign of referral. Contacted doctor they sent again straight away. Left it a couple of weeks then rang. Yes they had received the new referral. I would be sent a letter to book within 4 weeks. I was told i would be seen no later than end september. Now 14th september nothing. Useless beyond belief. Have given up trying to contact as never any answer.
