"Appalling service"

I was referred to Northcroft when Patrick House closed. They are worse than useless. I can never speak to anyone when i call in and the reception staff are so rude it beggars belief. I have lost count of how many times they have just slammed the phone down simply because they couldn't be bothered to connect the call to the requisite department. They so often say they don't know what they're doing. The right arm doesn't know what the left is doing and vice versa. Just how is someone in a crisis supposed to navigate their way round these people?!?! They don't care about patients wellbeing at all. I have had many many arguments with reception staff when i have called in to say that home treatment have yet again not turned up to a scheduled appointment at my house and all they say is it's not their problem. No one at Northcroft takes any responsibility for a thing regarding patient care, so no wonder there is antisocial behaviour aplenty.
