What I liked

i liked the ambulance staff very helpful and efficient, once i was at the hospital i was seen within half an hour which is good, the docter was very heavy handed with my leg ( as i was in hospital due to a dislocated knee) after my knee was pushed back into place i was sent for x rays which was not shown to me or explained, then when i went to the ward i was asked to transfer beds myself, which i tried but then my knee popped back out, no second x rays were done and i was strapped up and sent home :( on the bright side the nurses were upbeat and cheerful even at 2am even a few days later i rang the reception of A&E to book a transfer to a different hospital i found her very efficient, pleasent and helpful, the staff barring the docters were invloved and helpful overall not bad for NHS care but i wouldnt recomend for actual treatment.

What could be improved

better communication between docters, keep the patients informed of whats going on, try and make the docters understand that were not numbers we are patients.
