"Praise for Booking Department"

I would just like to pass on my thanks to the staff in the bookings department for the caring, kind and efficient manner in which they treated me (and I am sure all their patients).

When one is in pain and urgently awaiting an appointment , to be told ....please don't hesitate to ring to see if there is a cancellation ...and then to be dealt with kindly and caringly is so encouraging.

Many commercial organizations could benefit from some training from this department!
