"Patient care"

Following a dental emergency on 12th September, I phoned and asked the best course of action and was advised to attend Leeds Dental Hospital on the morning of the 13th. Having not been to a dentist for over 25 years this was a big challenge, but from the moment I arrived to leaving I can honestly say the patent care was second to none. I was seen to promptly and after explaining the reason for such a long period without visiting a dentist the young dental student was amazing. I run a business where customer service is of the highest importance and I would say that the whole experience was great. Having a wisdom tooth removed was not a plesant experience but the staff there made sure that I was at total ease and had every confidence in them. I have a friend who has worked within the dental industry for nearly 30 years and spent 30 mins last night singing the praise of the dental student and their tutor, they are a credit to Leeds Dental Hospital.
