The unit at Burnley is good from the patients point and their relationship with the nurses. I don't think the management is very good for acting on points that the patients let them no when filling out questionaire forms also there isn't a renal doctor on hand most of the time. The renal doctors often change the patients medication without informing the patient which can be very frustrating. I don't think the dieticians at the unit arent very good either, if want any information from them it can the weeks before they give you the advice you want.
