Good doctor, but very clearly overworked. I did a suite of tests, one of them came out positive, but I was not allowed to find out the results until 'the next available appointment' which was three months after the tests. Never contacted to tell me that the test was positive, and tried to contact the urology department to find out results, or get an earlier appointment, and never could get through. Test positive, and the doctor when I finally was able to see me, quickly started a plan to deal with the positive test, making a major difference in my quality of health. Now trying to bring a sample back to department for analysis (to see if the problem still exists), but cannot figure out the hours I am allowed to bring the sample back. Have tried contacting the department multiple ways--first checking online, then checking material they sent me, then phone, then by e-mail, no luck. Very frustrating, that no where does it state online or in writing the office hours, so I have to 'guess' if they will accept it when I come by.
