"Uncaring, dismissive and arrogant"

I went here for a consultation after an accident and was met with a blank wall of indifference. My injuries (bones broken, severe lacerations, bruising and muscle and nerve damage) were dismissed as 'superficial' and on requesting a referral I was first refused and then given a standard referral. When I finally did get to see the specialist, two months later, they were concerned about my condition and told me I should have had an urgent referral. I now have complications arising from the delayed treatment. At a time when I was distressed and in need of help they made life more difficult for me. I've now registered elsewhere and will be filing a formal complaint.
