"Respirity infection 31 August 2016"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Respiratory medicine

I have just been released from QA hospital having been admitted for a Respirity Infection. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole staff in QA E7 ward. Their professionalism was second to none, they made my stay comfortable and were extremely courteous and attentive to all patients on the ward.

I am fortunate not to have frequented hospitals but I was astounded by the professionalism & courtesy of the whole staff - particularly in E7. For example I witnessed a particularly upsetting occasion where a patient was extremely distressed & I wtnessed the staff work tirelessly to encourage the patient to receive their medication after they had given up hope.

I take my hat off to the whole staff, clearly over worked - they give an outstanding service & I am grateful to the whole team who made my recovery so swift. Thank you
