"Amazing staff at Queen Marys"

I attended Queen Marys A & E with a broken wrist and was greeted by an extremely kind and helpful receptionist who really looked after me. I was upset and in pain when I arrived but I was well taken care of as they made sure I was given medication immediately and my dignity was also respected as I was taken to a private room. They provided the best care and attention possible. Thank you.
