"Neurophysiology appointments a shambles"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Neurology

Have been trying to re-arrange a neuro physiology appointment for the last two weeks.

Have rung every day for the last two weeks and left messages on their answering machine but no-one returns calls.

Have tried patient liaison service but this is answering machine service also.! Still do not know whether the appointment that I have for this saturday 17th september has been changed or not!

For a service that complains about the cost of people not turning up for appointments they wonder why when it is impossible to contact anyone to re-arrange!
