"Outstanding"

My mother had a serious fall at home which resulted in a broken hip. The ambulance staff were outstanding. The hospital team were second to none. From the moment we arrived in A & E my mother received the most excellent care. Sorting out her pain relief and getting the necessary x rays. My mother is no stranger to the outpatient services at St Helier so we know they provide excellent care. I am so grateful for how the staff were kind and sympathetic to my very frightened mother. This made the stress on me so much easier by the calm professionalism of the A & E Staff. Thank you so much.
