I live in Plymouth and chose Torbay Hospital for my outpatient appointment and subsequent treatment for 2 reasons. Firstly, Torbay could see me earlier than any of the other hospitals offered. Secondly, based upon the feedback give on the site from patients. From the outset the whole experience has been faultless. I can't thank you all enough. From the initial appointment when the specialist listened carefully to my concerns and the effect that my condition was having on my life, right through to the operation and follow on care. Every single employee - without exception was professional, helpful and kind. My recovery is going well, largely down to the expert care and advice I've been given. What struck me was just how helpful everyone was,I was touched by the kindness they showed, nothing was too much trouble,I would not hesitate to recommend Torbay Hospital to my family and friends and fully intend to use Torbay as a first choice should I need any treatment in the future.
