"Taken me off the list and left metal in my terth."

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

When i was 16 i was attending the dental hospital for over two years and i was not given braces i was just given rubber bands to separate my teeth and metal block put in and they took me off the list for braces and left the metal in my teeth so i had to go to my personal dentist and ask them to take out the metal plus because i am 19 years old now i can not afford to pay for dental treatment and am lucky enough to afford my personal dentist to remove what this dental hospital left in my mouth, i did not attend my last appointment at the dental hospital because i had college that day and so they took me off the waiting list for braces, till this day my teeth have gotten a lot worse because of surgery that i had and because of all the things that they put in my mouth to open my gaps and my teeth have been left to go all crooked and every time i eat i feel so anxious and i can never smile again ad it hurts my emotions because if how stressed out i am about my teeth, i have been stressed out about them my whole life an the dental hospital have made my teeth and me feel worse about myself, i can never have normal teeth ever, i just want to be able to smile and for it not to cost so much for my age, please email me back as soon as you can because i need the advice and help, i dont know what to do, should i go back to the dental hospital and ask them to help me or shall i go to a different one and ask them if they can fix what this dental hospital has done to my teeth, i have left it for too long now and i am so cautious of people seeing my teeth, i dont speak to anyone as much as i did because i am so frightened that they would be put off by my teeth. I have emailed them this year and explained the situation and they have not emailed me back which is not a surprise because im not on the list anymore but it would have been nice to get some confirmation that i can not or can have help from them, it seems to me like now im older and can not pay for it they have just ignored me and made me feel like my teeth are not worth fixing.
