(as the patient),

I would like to tell you how pleased I was with the treatment I received when I recently had a Hernia repair operation, before, during and after my surgery.

I was seen by Mr. Hisham El Khidir on time and he put my mind at ease regarding the operation. The pre-op formalities were carried out smoothly and efficiently and on the day of my operation I can't fault my treatment.
