"I feel completely let down by the Physiotherapy"

About: Biggart Hospital

(as the patient),

I have gone through a year of treatment for breast cancer, This included Chemo. Major surgery and Radiotherapy. Everyone at the 6 hospitals I have been treated at have been first class and could not praise them and the treatment enough. Unfortunately I feel completely let down by the Physiotherapy. Only twice did I have a physiotherapist actually touch my arm and shoulder in any way in my quest to have as much mobility as possible. They only look to see how far I can move it and hand me sheets of exercises. These exercises I do religiously every day as well as Aqua Fit, aerobics and ballet. Four out of my six appointments at the Biggart Hospital have been a complete waste of my time where nothing was actually done! ! !
