"Bone Marrow Aspiration- Fantastic Nurse"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Clinical Haematology (Ward 16)

(as the patient),

I would to thank Nurse Jane from the Haematology Ward in Monklands Hospital. I was very scared of having a Bone Marrow Aspiration done, and Nurse Jane put me at ease by explaining everything step by step and the carrying out the procedure as painless as possible. Nurse Jane also followed up with an after care call to as how I was. I an very grateful to have been in the hands of such a kind expert. Thank you Nurse Jane.

Dear lap235

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience within Ward 16 Monklands Hospital. Having any investigation undertaken is an anxious and stressful time, Jane has recognised your anxiety and by taking the time to explain and reassure you, you have had a very positive experience.

It will be my pleasure to share your positive & kind comments with Jane.

Kindest regards

Ruth
