"I was a patient in the spinal ..."

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was a patient in the spinal unit for 5 months. The staff are dedicated carrying out their duties in a friendly cheerful but sensitve manner.Spinal injuriesare demoralising for patients &their relatives but the staff are always there to raise the morale. They treat you like family.Standard of nursing is high and it has been really apprciated by myself and my family ,we congratulate all the team at the spinal unit for their expertise and devotion to duty thank you ever so much.

What could be improved

sometimes it appears that the nursing staff are low in numbersperhaps the budget could be stretched to provide more nurses
