What I liked

Professionalism, care, consideration and courtesy shown in all areas from time of admission on 22nd March to discharge on 26th March. (Mainly ccu).

What could be improved

Very little. In addition to the general high standards note earlier, the food was well prepared, well served, and offered significant choice.

Anything else?

Whilst the causes were outside the direct control of the ccu, I did find the re-scheduling of predicted times of procedure (pacemaker implant) to be a little frustrating.
