What could be improved
Trying to get follow up appointments is like trying to get a man on the moon, a logistical nightmare, I see that this has been a problem for a long time now WHY?,
Has no one in authority seen the comments regarding this and taken action to sort things out. If my Surgeon says he needs to see me in 6 months why cant an appointment be made with out me spending hours trying to get through,
Anything else?
Ilook forward to having the stiches removed and then moving on to the other eye.
