"Rookwood B staff -poor"

I have never found the need to make a complaint about hospital before; however, my mother was admitted to this ward following a stroke.

In comparison to Royal Preston Hospital, I find the staff non communicative, unhelpful, unprofessional and resistant to work around my mother’s needs. There are more issue that I could add; however, this will be addressed in my letter of complaint to the chief executive. Health watch , and CQC. This has been a very stressful time and the Nursing staff made this more difficult by not working with the family.

I apologise for my honesty, however my experience of this ward has been poor, I am sure not everyone will find this.
