I would like to thank all involved in our visit last Friday 9.9.16.
I had reason to bring Mum up to A&E for a rather large, angry, painful abscess very close to her tear duct.
The A&E was extremely packed and busy and I would just like to thank the Dr who saw us - the porter who helped us with the wheelchair and a nurse.
Having to work under such extreme conditions must be very difficult for all staff concerned and I wanted to say that all of the above three and everyone on the day deserve a massive thank you for getting us seen and reassured.
Sadly, Mum will have to have an operation in October for her problem but we all feel very confident about that as we have only ever had efficiency and professionalism at the hands of this hospital.
