"Audiology - Excellent attitude and very helpful"

About: Furness General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had an appointment with Audiology and I was impressed. It was punctual, the member of staff listened and wanted to help, gave me plenty of information, explained things and she was really well informed. The member of staff gained my trust and I felt that I am in good hands. I had previous appointments at this hospital and on each occasion it seemed like the ENT consultant is not listening, dismissing my complaint of pain and can't really be bothered. The member of staff was humane and showed that they cares and they want to help as much as is possible from their position. Thank you so much.
