"First Class Care"

All the staff I came into contact with during my patient journey from the Appointments team, through Out-patients Clinic, to the ward and theatres were professional and helpful, in fact nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

On the day of my procedure to say I was anxious was an understatement however I need not have been been.

Everyone was so kind and reassuring, keeping me advised of everything that was happening.

The Anaesthetist showed great sensitivity and took the time to explain everything which helped allay my fears.

I could not fault the compassionate care and treatment I received from all the teams at the hospital - for me my Benenden experience was truly exceptional.
