"admission to Acute ward 6/9/16"

About: County Hospital / Accident and emergency

My mother has asked me to leave feedback on the service she received after her admission last week.

She was admitted by ambulance after a call from her Doctor on 6th Sept.

She was suffering from severe shortness of breath.

Having been a patient on numerous occasions, was extremely concerned for her welfare due to the lack of staffing and attention she had received in the past.

However, this time the experience was completely different and she cannot emphasize enough how amazing the staff were in both A&E and the Acute ward she found herself admitted to.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and showed a lot of care and attention to detail.

She was in the ward for 3 days and during that time wants to express her thanks and gratitude to all those who looked after her so well. They were a fabulous team of nurses and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on behalf of your mother regarding her recent admission to our hospital. Feedback such as yours makes such a difference to our staff. I will share your kind words with the teams who cared for you mother.

I do hope she is continuing to recover well and will soon be back to full health.
