"The doctor just doesn't care about the patients"

I have never been to a Doctor's surgery or any NHS establishment and received worse care than at this centre. I've seen the doctor is question twice over the past two years and have gotten no help whatsoever. I've had to actually seek medical attention from another doctor afterwards both times. The doctor doesn't care about the patients, so dismissive and even discussed a previous patient during our appointment, mocking his health worries! I was disgusted and would rather spend a 5 hour wait in A&E then ever return here.
