About: Swanage Community Hospital

I have attended Swanage hospital a number of times as an outpatient.

My family have also needed treatment here. I have always found the attention and caring nature of the staff wonderful.

I have never stayed as a bed patient, and do not have any knowledge as to same sex accommodation, but I would hope that this is the case.

Thank you for your positive feedback about the hospital – we are very proud of our work and will make sure that matron shares your comments with the team.

With regards to inpatient accommodation, maintaining people’s privacy and dignity are an important aspect of a hospital stay and we do not have any mixed sex accommodation.
