"Caring and compassionate staff"

Just wanted to say huge thanks to the staff on E3 ward for supporting our grandmother in her final days.

The care and support was exceptional, both to our grandmother, and to ourselves during our final hours with grandma.

All staff were sincere, caring and went that extra mile to look after grandma and support us, e.g., turning her regularly to make sure she was comfortable but also combing her hair at the same time (which would have been very important to her ).

They were also very supportive to us during the night, making us tea,providing blankets and even toothbrushes .... It meant so much (.more than words in a review can say) at such a time.

Much more than doing a job, thank you.
